Hey there,

Practising yoga doesn’t have to be complicated or mystical. It really is as simple as finding the extraordinary in the very ordinary.

About

I grew up in the north of Scotland, so I was never far from the outdoors, but it was only when I ventured to the Far East that I started to appreciate how much I had to learn from nature’s wisdom.

Yoga teaches us how to slow down and tune in, find strength in stillness, and strike the balance between ease and effort, all of which happens every day in nature without us truly noticing. For me, practicing yoga brings that same sense of wholeness that you might find by spending time at the seaside, walking through forests or climbing up Munroes. When you step onto a mat, you begin to shed the surplus layers that form throughout the course of our busy modern lives.

My yoga and mindfulness classes are designed to guide you back to your true nature through warm, thoughtful yet simple teachings. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced practitioner, each class is carefully curated to ensure a variety of options regardless of where you are on your journey. The ancient practice of yoga has stood the test of time, so expect to experience relevant and practical lessons that are designed to keep you grounded both on and off the mat...through yoga and mindfulness, ordinarily life takes on new meaning, and has the potential to feel like a breath of fresh air.

Reach out and take a step towards tuning into the everyday miracles that are happening right now, under your nose, with every breath.
